The subject site was a dilapidated ground floor flat located in the heart of Haringey, London. The project brief was to breathe new light into this tired flat. The project involved re-designing the interior to create an additional bedroom bringing the flat to 2 bedrooms. Furthermore, the new design also consisted of providing open plan living accommodation ultimately making this a contemporary design which was highly desired, as well as being an example of high quality design. The property was put on the market for £435,000.
