Computer generated images (CGI)

Some projects require further information than simple lined drawings to better explain an idea to planning officers, or to investors and potential buyers. With CGI’s, you can present a project to any one as if it were already built. CGI’s produced are computer generated images of a completed project. The proposed scheme in context is the prefect tool to see what the end result will be, prior to starting construction work on site. They also make great marketing tools.

Project Progress Tracker

There are several different options we can offer. Some clients cannot visit their sites as often as they would like due to the project being located too far for them to visit on a regular basis, or clients being based overseas. With this option, we can visit the site as a one off or monthly basis. We provide the following information so that you will be updated with progress on site.

• Aerial photos (images will be of all sides of the building to get a general overview of the project).
• Aerial videos / model (video of all sides of the building and a computer-generated model so that you can move around the model and zoom in).
• Virtual walk through the building. (you will be able to see inside each room of your project, so that you are updated on what the contractors have been working on).
